Returns

  • You have 3 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received your purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 30 days.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our criteria.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure proper packaging and consider using a trackable shipping service.
